In conjunction with Joint Israel, Givat Haviva delivers training in basic, spoken Arabic to human resource professionals, managers, career development professionals, and others working with the Arab population in Israel.

The course is designed to enable them to better meets the needs of jobseekers and employees, to be able to put them at ease and to better perceive their strengths, and to promote Arab employment and workplace integration as the ultimate goal.
